A space for witnessing, not solving Where silence speaks and truth softens A return to yourself, with other women

The Circle

Why We Gather

The circle is ancient. It belongs to no one, and to everyone.

It is where we remember — not just who we are, but how to be together.

Here, we slow down. We speak without needing to solve. We listen without needing to respond.

We root ourselves in rhythm, reflection, and real connection.

There is no agenda. Only presence.

The Experience of Circle

Women who sit in circle at Hearth & Horizon are invited into sacred space—a pause from the noise, a return to the centre, a remembering of what is real.

Here, you are not asked to perform or perfect—only to show up as you are.

In this space, you may feel:

  • As if you’ve crossed a threshold into another world. A world where the pace slows, presence deepens, and the soul is given room to speak. A world where ancient ways of gathering are gently restored.

  • Deeply connected—to yourself, to other women, and to something greater. Circle becomes a place of resonance, where stories are honoured, silence is sacred, and our shared humanity is felt.

  • More compassionate and softened—towards your own journey, and toward the unseen stories carried by others. In this space, no one needs to be fixed. You are simply witnessed, and that is enough.

  • Part of something precious and real. Whether it’s your first circle or one of many, whether you come once or return again and again—you’ll leave knowing you were part of something tender, truthful, and true.

This is the medicine of circle.

This is the work of remembering.

This is Hearth & Horizon.

Held by Jessica Hardiman

These circles are held by me, Jessica — women's circle facilitator, Waldorf practitioner, and keeper of this small flame.

I trained in the art of circle keeping with Gemma Brady of Sister Stories, and have been gathering women in sacred space at the Roundhouse in Richmond ever since. My facilitation is rooted in both lineage and lived experience — steady enough to hold, spacious enough to let the soul breathe.

I know what it is to long for a space that feels real. That is why I created this one.

Who This Circle Is For

This circle is for you if…

  • You’re craving a deeper connection to yourself, your body, and your truth.

  • You long to be part of something real—without small talk, masks, or performance.

  • You feel called to gather in sisterhood, even if that feels unfamiliar or a little tender.

  • You’re in a time of transition, transformation, or quiet becoming.

  • You carry wisdom but don’t always have a space to offer it—or receive it.

  • You want to feel grounded, held, and reminded of who you are beneath the busyness of life.

  • You’re curious about sacred practices, stories, and feminine ways of gathering.

  • You want to remember the medicine you hold—and offer it in your own way.

No prior experience is needed. Just a willingness to show up, gently and honestly, as you are.

Who This Circle May Not Be For

This might not be the right space if…

  • You’re seeking quick fixes, advice-giving, or solutions rather than deep listening and presence.

  • You find vulnerability confronting and have no desire to explore your inner landscape at this time.

  • You’re uncomfortable with silence, slowness, or ritual-based spaces.

  • You’re looking for a space to debate, teach, or dominate conversation rather than share and witness.

  • You are not yet ready to sit in the discomfort and beauty of not knowing, not solving, just being.

This is not therapy. It’s not coaching. It’s not a workshop.
It’s a sacred space of mutual care, respect, and deep presence.
